McKendry, Maureen, late of 7 Church Rd, Ballycastle, BT54 6EA, formally of Magherahoney, daughter of the late James and Mary; loving sister of Anna, Rose (Breslin), Gerard, Monica (McAteer), Dympna (Scott), and the late Jane (Boylan), Willie and Brian; sister-in-law to Imelda, Kathleen, James, Paddy, and the late Michael. R.I.P

Requeim Mass on Friday 21st April in St. Macnissi’s Church, Magherahoney at 12 noon with interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Maureen’s Requiem Mass can be viewed online by clicking HERE.

Family flowers only; donations in lieu if desired to Ballycastle Foodbank. Any cheque donations should be made out to ‘Ballycastle Church Action (Ballycastle Food Bank).’

The family of the late Maureen McKendry, R.I.P., would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them on the sad loss of their sister – all who called, sent cards, gave donations in lieu of flowers, and attended the funeral. Thanks to the staff of the Country Medical Centre who cared for her over the years. The family wishes to thank Fr. Daly and Fr. McKay for their spiritual support and Fr. Mulholland for his celebration of the funeral mass. Thanks also to John McFall and his group for providing the lovely music, Wishy Drain for preparing the grave, and Dallat’s Funeral Directors for their support and professional help arranging the funeral. Maureen’s Month mind Mass will be held on Friday, 19th May at 7.30 p.m. in St. Macnissis Church, Magherahoney.
