Martin Gillan

Gillan (Lossett/Ballyvoy) 28th April 2022, Martin, beloved husband of Joan and much loved father of Séan and Lisa, dear father-in-law of James and Helen, loving brother of Paddy, Danny, Eileen, Gerald, Gránia, Noreen and Chris, R.I.P. Funeral from 58A Churchfield Road, Ballyvoy on Saturday 30th April at 10:15 am to St.Patrick’s Church, Culfeightrin for 11:00am Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in adjoining Cemetery. 

Deeply regretted by his loving wife, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and entire family circle. 
Wake House private. Family, close friends and neighbours welcome.

Martin Gillan (lossett, Ballyvoy) Co.Antrim. Joan and the entire family circle of the late Martin. R.I.P wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. A special thanks to Fr.C.Boyle for his spiritual support, guidance and celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass and Fr.A. McMullan and Fr.N McHenry for concelebrating the Mass and for their pastoral care. Thanks to John McFall and family for the beautiful music, those who prepared the church and the grave and also those who organised the car parking arrangements and to Hunters bar for providing the refreshments after the funeral. Thanks to Dr.B Hegarty, all the GP’s and staff at Ballycastle medical practice, Belfast city, Antrim area and Causeway Hospitals cancer support teams, district nurses and Michael McMullan Pharmacy for all their help and their support. The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, sent donations, brought food and those who gathered along the route to the Church on the day of the funeral, we are truly grateful. Finally, the family would like to express our sincere thanks to PJ Dallat & Sons Funeral Directors for their guidance and support at such a difficult time. The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for the intentions of all. The months mind mass for Martin will be celebrated on Saturday 28th May at 18:30PM in St.Patrick’s Church, Culfeightrin, Ballyvoy.
