McCaughan, Right Reverend Monsignor Colm, Chancellor Emeritus, died peacefully in hospital December 21, 2016. Beloved brother of Kevin, Margaret (Surovec) and Anne, and of the late May and Seán. Deeply regretted by his sisters-in-law Betty and Marie, his nephews, nieces and entire family circle, also Bishop Noel Treanor and the priests of the Diocese of Down and Connor. Requiescat in Pace. Mgr. Colm’s remains will repose in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Glenshesk, until Thursday evening 22 December when his remains will be removed to the Church of St. Patrick & St. Brigid, Ballycastle to arrive at 6pm. Requiem Mass 12 noon Friday 23 December followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on him.

BUTLER (nee Bakewell) (Ballycastle) Mary (May) died peacefully surrounded by her family December 21, 2016. Beloved wife of the late James (Jimmy) and devoted mother of Margaret, Kieran, Gregory, Gerard, Finbar, Declan, Fergal and the late Cathal, Terence (R.I.P.). Removal from her home, 18 Cedar Avenue, Ballycastle on today Friday December 23, 2016 at 6:30pm  to The Church of St Patrick and St Brigid Ballycastle. Requiem Mass 10:00am Saturday December 24th, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
